Lots of us love going out to see friends and socialize, and some of the most common places we go to are eating places. However, restaurants ordinarily serve very big portions which gave many more calories than a regular meal eaten at home. One way to handle this problem is to eat very slowly allowing your stomach to know it is full, or you can stop eating while you still feel hungry. You might rather order a smaller meal size because it will likely be plenty. Usually, you have the tendency to get more than you can eat when you’re really hungry.
